Bülach – since 1384 a city with tradition. Today the prosperous and growing center of the Zurich lowlands with around 24,500 inhabitants. It maintains an administrative culture in which customer orientation and appreciation of employees are central.
Der Reissverschluss is the work integration of the city of Bülach and employs and supports social welfare recipients and refugees from the region. As a long-standing training company for several universities of applied sciences, we regularly offer the opportunity for pre-internships and training internships with a focus on work education/social work.
The internship duration is between three and nine months (by arrangement).
For the spring semester 2026 and autumn semester 2026 we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Support and employment of program participants in work assignments (internal workshop and group assignments in the area of cleaning/transport)
- Guidance of small groups during work assignments
- Assistance and, if necessary, leading of application coaching with job seekers
- Participation and involvement in site meetings and case discussions
Your profile
- Interest in the field of work integration
- Willingness to pitch in in all areas
