• OMAT is one of the two offices of SEMP. Composed of more than 80 collaborators, its mission is to ensure a rapid and sustainable return to employment for people in a situation of unemployment, through advice and support for these people on the one hand and by creating partnerships with companies in the canton on the other.

As part of your role, you are responsible for advising, managing, and developing partnerships with employers in compliance with the professional integration strategy and current regulations.

Your mission includes processing and monitoring job vacancies and labor market measures to meet employers' needs and to contribute to the rapid and sustainable professional integration of candidates into the labor market.

You analyze and identify the evolution of skill needs and work transversally with other sectors of the employment service.

You participate in various projects related to the missions of your sector, notably within the framework of the nursing retraining program.

Holder of a higher education degree, a federal diploma in human resources, or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience in recruitment, advising, and professional integration.

Your knowledge of the cantonal economic fabric, the state institution, and the cantonal actors of professional integration is a major advantage.

Passionate about issues related to professional integration, you are familiar with legal provisions related to employment (labor law, unemployment insurance, measures related to unemployment and professional insertion).

You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Dynamic and personable, you quickly grasp the expectations of your interlocutors.

Your transversal, multidisciplinary vision, combined with a client and solution orientation, makes you an essential asset to meet the challenges of this role.
