We are looking for a "doer with foresight" – in this newly created position in our financial accounting, you will support the Head of Finance and Accounting (AL FRW) and take on responsibility especially in the area of financial management & accounting.
Your tasks
Managing the financial accounting of various companies according to Swiss GAAP FER
Preparing and planning periodic financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER in close cooperation with the AL FRW (including consolidation, preparation of financial reports, conducting financial audits, reporting to the canton)
Ensuring and implementing proper accounting methods, policies and principles throughout the hospital
Acting as a sparring partner for the AL FRW on all financial matters
Participating in interdisciplinary projects as a representative of financial accounting and taking on subprojects
Contributing to the budgeting process with a focus on subsidiaries
Managing liquidity planning and cash management
Professional responsibility for subsidiary ledgers and VAT (including development and independent VAT assessments)
Deputising in the mapping of payroll processing in financial processes

Your profile
Solid training in accounting with further education in finance (e.g. federal specialist certificate, bachelor) and/or experience in auditing
In-depth expertise in financial statement preparation and accounting standards Swiss GAAP FER and OR
Several years of practical experience in financial accounting, ideally with the preparation of financial reports and consolidation of subsidiaries
Confident handling of ERP systems (MS Business Central advantageous), as well as good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Motivated, open and team-oriented personality
Strong analytical skills as well as high interconnected, forward-looking and solution-oriented thinking and acting
High degree of personal responsibility, initiative and independence
