The HSS Services AG supports the service delivery and holistic development of the Siloah network. As a service platform for care homes, Spitex organisations and hospitals, it provides a variety of management and support functions. These include: Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Development and Staff, Purchasing and Logistics, IT, Process and Project Management, Hospitality, Facility Management as well as Daycare. The employees of HSS Services AG are constantly committed to optimally supporting operational processes, delivering services of high quality and making the best use of synergies.

Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for the mandate accounting of the assigned operations according to FER/OR as well as for monthly and annual financial statements
• Participation in the budgeting process and financial controlling as well as preparation of reports for management and external stakeholders
• Further development of operational accounting and cost/performance accounting
• Further development of instruments for financial management
• Participation in consolidations, audits and reviews
• Ensuring complete service recording and billing
• Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of financial processes and the introduction of innovative tools
• If suitable and interested, there is the possibility to take on additional responsibility and to develop professionally and personally

Your profile

• Completed business administration training with several years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally with experience in the hospital environment
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and solution development
• Analytical strength, networked thinking and high implementation competence
• Resilience, structured working method and clear communication
• Confident handling of IT systems (MS Office, ERP)

The Siloah network as an employer

The Siloah network is an independent and self-financed basic care provider in old age with around 1,000 employees and operates an elderly medical hospital, three care home locations and two Spitex bases in the canton of Bern. The Siloah network aims to implement the concept of "Integrated Care in Old Age" holistically within its own structures and through partnerships. This is intended to make an active contribution to improving the organisational and geographical networking as well as the coordinated alignment of the patient pathway for elderly people.
