To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, responsible and independent personality as 

Head of Tape Dimensions (m/f/d) 100%

at our location in Buochs (NW)

This is your area of responsibility:

• Technical and personnel management of the control centre and assembly departments
• Promotion, training and further development of employees
• Ensuring product quality
• Planning, monitoring and optimisation of production capacities
• Deployment and shift planning of employees
• Promotion of a positive safety and team culture
• Analysis of production key figures and initiation of improvement measures
• Creating and maintaining process documentation

This is what you bring with you:

• Technical basic training, ideally as a plant operator EFZ, industrial mechanic EFZ
• Further training in production, operations management or leadership (e.g. process specialist, technician HF)
• Several years of leadership experience in industrial manufacturing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
• Affinity for working with IT programmes, good MS Office skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English an advantage
