• A completed nursing qualification recognised in Switzerland at tertiary level (HF/FH/DN 2) – re-entering professionals are warmly welcome with us.
• Experience in acute care in a Swiss hospital.
• The willingness to apply nursing diagnostics and to use electronic patient documentation effectively.
• A flexible, committed and resilient personality who keeps a clear head even in challenging situations.
• Organisational talent and communication skills to ensure the care process runs smoothly and effectively.
• A high level of performance and willingness to learn.
