Your area of responsibility
You are the specialist for interRAI LTCF
You ensure a high-quality assessment of care needs
You train and coach our staff in the use of interRAI
You advise care teams on complex issues
You check data quality and initiate optimisations
You develop our care quality further together with the teams
What you bring with you
Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF / FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
Extensive professional experience in long-term care or a comparable field
Training as an RAI expert or willingness to complete it
Experience in using RAI software as well as implementing interRAI LTCF
High IT affinity and enjoyment of digital work
Enjoyment in imparting knowledge and supporting staff in their development
