To strengthen our technology team at the group headquarters in Rorschacherberg, you will support us in developing sophisticated machining solutions and expanding our technology leadership in the machining of turbine parts.
Your contribution to success
You can bring in your potential and develop together with us in the following tasks:
- CAM programming for 5-axis machines for the turbine blade, blisk, and impeller parts area
- Development of customer projects in the field of HSC/HPC machining
- Support in the further development of our own CAM software
- Finding solutions for customer-specific requirements and problems
- Developing and testing new machining tools and technologies
- Conducting customer training/support
- Performing customer-specific machine acceptance worldwide
- Creating project documentation / machining studies for sales
What you bring:
- Basic mechanical training as a polymechanic in manufacturing technology
- Advanced technical training
- Professional experience in machining, specializing in milling/turning
- Programming experience with 4- or 5-axis milling centers
- Knowledge in the area of 3D CAD/CAM systems
- German and English spoken and written
- Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 10%)
