Responsibilities

• You provide high-quality nursing care in collaboration with patients and their environment, taking into account the applicable nursing care philosophy.
• You promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it, both at the team and hospital level.
• You assess your performance and adjust it in the interest of continuous quality improvement.
• You contribute to the further development of the department.
• You supervise, support and advise new employees as well as trainees and students.

Profile

• Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH / DNII / AKP
• Professional experience in acute care is an advantage.
• Fluent German language skills (min. B2), knowledge of French is an advantage.
• You are proficient in common IT programmes.
• You bring a dynamic and constructive attitude.
• You possess social skills, teamwork ability and communication skills.
• If interested, there is the possibility to work as a practical trainer and vocational trainer or to complete the training.

Your tasks

• Provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the current care philosophy and with a view to continuous improvement
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it, both at the team and hospital level
• Evaluate your services and adapt them with a view to continuous quality improvement
• Contribute to the development of the service
• Supervise, support and advise new colleagues as well as learners and students

Your profile

• Registered nurse diploma in general care, ES or HES level, or equivalent training
• Professional experience in acute care is an asset
• Fluent German (min. B2) or willingness to learn it, knowledge of French is an advantage
• Proficient in common IT tools
• Dynamic and constructive attitude
• Social skills, team spirit and communication ease
• If interested, possibility to work as a practical trainer and apprenticeship supervisor or to undertake the corresponding training
