For our Southern production department, we are looking for an experienced leader with a technical flair and a passion for efficient processes. You keep the team together, advance the workflows and ensure that our production runs smoothly.

This is what you can expect with us:

• You lead the approximately five-member team of Production South – both professionally and personally
• You plan production and personnel deployment – efficiently, proactively and solution-oriented
• You take care of recording, planning and booking production orders in the ERP system
• You keep an eye on material stocks and ensure a smooth production flow
• You contribute when it comes to continuously optimising processes and equipment
• Cleanliness, order and pest prevention? You always have it in view

This is what you bring with you:

• A completed training in the food sector (e.g. as a miller or food technologist or in a comparable professional field)
• Experience as a team leader – you know how to lead and motivate employees
• Technical understanding and a good sense for efficient production processes
• ERP and Office tools are second nature to you
• You are a hands-on personality, think along and find pragmatic solutions
