Tasks

As part of the B2B Servicing CH team, you will support the travel agency and group booking support area. Additionally, you will become the right hand of the team leaders and gain leadership experience.

• Supporting the team leader in the disciplinary and professional management of the B2B Servicing CH team in BSL
• Assisting with regular reporting and analysis tasks as well as administrative duties
• Actively monitoring and identifying improvement potential in B2B servicing processes and acting as the interface to the Global B2B Servicing Competence Center in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating cross-team communication, meetings and workshops
• Participating in various projects to ensure that sales servicing needs are considered in products and processes
• Expanding your aviation horizon and exchanging with departments (Sales, Marketing, B2C) to understand concepts, goals and approaches of SWISS and LHG

Requirements

We are looking for a colleague who is curious to gain insight into the fascinating world of aviation, where a job becomes an adventure for life and the first footprint is guaranteed.

• HF diploma, Bachelor or Master students or graduates (HF diploma and Bachelor students must have completed at least three semesters)
• Motivation and interest in the aviation industry
• Good German and English skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High initiative, quick comprehension and great motivation
• Excellent interaction and communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
