Your tasks

• Responsibility for daily operations as well as target group-oriented planning and organization of kitchen processes
• Leadership, motivation, and development of the kitchen team
• Creation of menus and meal plans considering seasonal and regional products
• Quality assurance and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Budget responsibility and cost control
• Collaboration with the service team to ensure smooth operations

Your profile

• Completed training as a cook/chef
• Several years of professional experience in gastronomy, ideally in a leadership position
• Passion for gastronomy and creativity in the kitchen
• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
• Independent and responsible working style
