To strengthen our Commercial Operations team, we are looking for a customer-oriented and organised individual who takes responsibility in an international environment and makes a significant contribution to our customer and sales processes.
Your tasks
Responsibility for customer service as well as order and warranty processing for Switzerland (B2B)
- Processing orders, quotations and warranty cases for internal and external distributors as well as group companies in SAP
- Maintenance and updating of customer, warranty and CRM-relevant information for Europe and MENA
- Support of local customer support teams in order-to-cash processes in SAP and other ERP systems
- Participation in the optimisation and further development of processes, including documentation, testing procedures and process adjustments
Your profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service, sales support, order management or a similar function
- Understanding of commercial contexts and business management key figures
Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
Commercial training or studies in business administration, business administration or comparable
- Structured and careful working method as well as high service orientation
- Ability to set priorities and handle several topics in parallel
- Very good German skills (native speaker or comparable) as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
