WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US
- you support the teachers in conducting lessons and the necessary related tasks
- you independently supervise individual students under the guidance of the teachers
- you participate in school-wide or cross-departmental projects
- you take part in holiday camps
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- completed vocational training, ideally in the social field
- work experience with adolescents with autism spectrum disorder or physical and intellectual disabilities is an advantage
- initial experience in care and school settings is an advantage
- you trust yourself to independently accompany individuals in close cooperation with the teachers
- you are an independent, committed, team-oriented, and resilient personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- you remain patient and humorous, even when not everything runs smoothly

The Scalottas Foundation in Scharans is located in the sunny Domleschg, 25 km from Chur. The beautifully situated competence center with views of the Heinzenberg and Piz Beverin offers 12 children and 73 adults with disabilities care and support tailored to their needs, schooling, employment, therapy, and living spaces. Around 200 employees in 28 professions are committed to our motto "for more quality of life."
