For our site in Yverdon-les-Bains we are seeking a Injection Moulding Technician / Injection Setter 100%.

Main tasks:

• Assemble / disassemble moulds on the presses including connections of cooling circuits

• Set up and start production equipment according to the current setting instructions

• Control production according to the schedules

• Program robots and pick-and-place devices

• Prepare the layout of workstations

• Train operators on presses

• Identify and provide solutions to problems encountered in production

• Apply and comply with work processes and procedures (Medical)

• Write, edit and modify setting cards

• Write intervention requests (tooling and equipment maintenance). Perform first-level maintenance

Profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a Technical Agent for Synthetic Materials and/or equivalent training

• Proven experience of 5 years as a setter in a medical environment

• Excellent mastery of injection processes, perfect command of equipment and machines related to plastic injection (Arburg, Netstal, Engel) as well as very good mechanical knowledge

• Meticulous, reliable and responsible, results-oriented

• Autonomous, rigorous and able to work in a team (shift work)

• Good visual acuity (visual inspection) and good physical condition

• Knowledge of an ERP system and Microsoft Office

• Working language French and ability to communicate in English
