Your main tasks are
- production and provision of the daily catering offer for 158 residents in the residential areas as well as for internal and external guests in the Onyx restaurant and for events
- taking over daily responsibility in the absence of the supervisor
- collaboration and further development of the Onyx restaurant with front cooking
- checking the delivery of goods for condition, quality, completeness and proper storage of food in the absence of the supervisor
- co-responsible for strict compliance with the regulations on food control, accident prevention and
- hygiene according to HACCP
- accompanying and supporting apprentices
You have
- completed training as a cook EFZ
- several years of professional experience in à la carte cuisine or communal catering
- trainer or diet cook training desirable
- high quality awareness as well as pronounced service and customer orientation
- independent and good organisational working method
- team spirit, resilience and flexibility
- friendly interaction with elderly people, guests and employees
