EMS Les Marronniers
Welcoming and warm, our establishment is located in the heart of nature, in Chêne-Bougeries. More than 90 employees daily put their skills at the service of 63 residents who live in single rooms.
The quality of care is at the heart of our concern; we develop strategies common to all our teams, an interdisciplinarity that offers qualitative support to each of our Residents.
YOUR MISSION
In service of the Institutional Life Project, the employee is responsible for:
- Serving meals in the dining room to residents.
- Setting up meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
- Compliance with HACCP standards and hygiene procedures.
- Knowledge of dietary regimes and adapted textures.
- Maintenance of equipment and premises according to procedures.
- Participation in event services.

TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Hotel School or CFC as restaurant employee.
- Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in luxury hospitality, hospital or EMS.
- Proficiency in French (oral and written, minimum B2 level).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Availability to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Sense of priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with care teams.
- Good physical condition.
