Job Description

For our team in the Baden AG region, we are looking for a committed gardener to start immediately or by arrangement. You will take care of the maintenance and design of green spaces, ensure a well-kept external appearance for our clients, and assist with seasonal work.

Your Tasks

• Maintenance of lawns, hedges, flower beds and shrubs
• Planting, sowing and soil cultivation
• Weed control, fertilisation and plant protection as needed
• Pruning of trees and shrubs
• Maintenance and operation of gardening tools and machines (lawnmower, chainsaw, tractor, etc.)
• Winter service outdoors (snow clearing, gritting) depending on the season
• Communication with clients on site and reporting to the team management

Your Profile

• Completed training as a gardener or several years of experience in garden and landscape maintenance
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Knowledge in handling gardening machines and equipment
• Driving licence category B (category BE advantageous)
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of working outdoors
• Team spirit and good demeanour towards clients
