Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
From the initial design to operational optimisation - our Rocken partner accompanies demanding projects throughout the entire lifecycle. As independent engineers for building services, the company develops customised solutions in the areas of heating, ventilation, cooling, sanitation, electrical and building automation. The expertise ranges from preliminary studies through approval procedures to commissioning and monitoring. Sustainability and innovative planning methods characterise every project. - Development of ventilation and climate concepts
- Carrying out calculations
- Writing system descriptions and tenders
- Coordination with other trades
- Leading planning within the HVAC team
- Coordinating overall concepts for HVACSE systems within the team
- Handing over planning to the contractor with accompanying specialist site management (technology, schedules, costs)
- Professional support and assistance from the ventilation/climate department head
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner specialising in ventilation/climate, HF technician advantageous
- Enthusiasm for designing, calculating and dimensioning ventilation and climate systems
- Basic knowledge of relevant technical standards and guidelines (VKF, SIA, SWKI)
- Independent handling of clarifications with architects, suppliers and contractors
