In the shared apartments Feld in Flawil, sixteen people with cognitive and physical disabilities live in two apartments. They are accompanied and supported by a team of fourteen professionals. We are looking for a

COMPANION

(80%, starting immediately or by arrangement)

A versatile and exciting field of work awaits you:

• Accompanying and supporting the residents in terms of independence and maintaining their abilities
• Taking over or actively supporting the care of the residents
• Support in practical life areas, including managing the shared household and leisure activities
• Performing administrative tasks and taking over various departments
• Taking over shift responsibility and key worker duties
• Taking over night on-call duty

• Completed training as a care professional, health professional, or comparable qualification

• Good PC user skills
• Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and night on-call duty (passive)
