In this role, you will strengthen the Finance division at Zurich Switzerland in the Digital Real Estate Office department and make an important contribution to our shared success. You will take responsibility from the outset, coordinate projects at the interface between business and IT, and ensure governance and compliance-compliant processes. Together with your colleagues, you will create optimal working environments for our employees and drive the further development of our digital solutions in the real estate sector at Zurich Switzerland.
What to expect
- You lead projects of medium complexity in the Digital Real Estate area from planning to implementation, adhering to scope, budget, and timeline.
- You develop and prioritise use cases to optimise and automate processes in real estate management as well as to improve the customer experience.
- You actively involve internal and external stakeholders and communicate appropriately throughout the entire project duration.
- You are responsible for internal departmental applications, coordinate updates with suppliers and IT, and ensure stable operation.
- You continuously optimise and expand the internal departmental system landscape.
What sets you apart
- A (technical) university degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field of study.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, ideally in a digital environment.
- Experience in supporting specialised applications and digital solutions.
- A strong affinity for digital topics; terms such as Smart Building, building automation, IoT, and SaaS are familiar to you.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
