For our clients in the Aarau/Olten region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a warm, reliable and committed Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a workload of 10–40%.

• You take on the individual and professional care and support of our clients in their familiar home.
• You carry out basic and treatment care independently and professionally.
• You assess the health status of our clients, recognise changes early and initiate appropriate nursing measures.
• You plan, coordinate and document care taking into account individual needs.
• You promote the independence and quality of life of our clients and advise them and their relatives.
• You work closely with our nursing team and other involved professionals.
• You ensure safety, trust and well-being with your professional and empathetic manner.

• Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoyment in independently caring for and supporting elderly and dependent people
• A warm, empathetic and reliable personality
• High sense of responsibility, professional competence and careful working method
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different assignments
• Good knowledge of German
• Team spirit and enjoyment in dealing with people
