About the job

The Alters-Pflegeheim Riedacker Foundation is located in Heimberg directly by the beautiful Buechwald with a view of a wonderful mountain panorama. In two residential buildings, around 75 elderly and care-dependent people receive professional, attentive care and support in a cozy living environment with enjoyable tasting offered. Do you enjoy working with elderly people? Would you like to accompany, care for, support, and nurse them? Then FaGe could be the right profession for you! Your work: • You enjoy caring for and accompanying elderly people • You support elderly people with personal hygiene, eating, and help with everyday activities • You carry out medical-technical, nursing, housekeeping, and logistical tasks professionally What helps you: • You are interested in people and their individual care and support • You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, careful, and resilient • You have empathy and patience Your training: • The FaGe training lasts 3 years and is completed with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) • In addition to training at the company, you attend vocational school and inter-company courses We also offer: • Varied and interesting activities in a competent team • One learning support day per month at the company with the trainer If interested, please contact Markus Pulver at 033 439 25 25 or markus.pulver@riedacker.ch.
