Alternative drives and sustainable energy sources are the pillars of the industrial future.
In addition to battery contact systems for electric vehicles, we jointly develop products for use in sensor technology of autonomous vehicles or connectors for alternative energies.

This is one of three independently operating business units of the iwis Group.
As Head of New Toolmaking (m/f/d), your tasks are:
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the new toolmaking team
- Conducting and documenting employee annual reviews in the area
- On-time and cost-compliant handling of toolmaking projects with high product quality
- Participation in the area of technical feasibility
- Planning and controlling tasks, resources, and processes in the area
- Independent assumption and management of projects
You bring with you:
- Dipl. Eng. / Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or training as a tool mechanic in stamping and forming technology with further training as a master / technician or comparable qualification
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Very good knowledge in stamping and forming technology
- High technical competence, also in interdisciplinary technical knowledge areas
- Good knowledge in organizational planning
- Very good assertiveness and high resilience
- Pronounced intercultural competence
- Strong leadership skills
