At the Institute for Business Law (IWR) of the University of Bern, a scientific assistant position is to be filled in the department of Prof. Dr. Thomas Jutzi starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Tasks
• Collaboration on scientific publications and presentations in national and international business law (focus: financial market law and corporate law).
• Support in the preparation and execution of courses.
• Participation in the creation and correction of written exams as well as the documentation of oral exams.
• Supervision of case solutions as well as seminar and master's theses (including preliminary corrections).
Requirements
• Completed law degree (MLaw or Licentiate) with distinction (magna or summa cum laude).
• Strong interest and motivation for business law issues.
