Your tasks with us

Leading and further developing an experienced team of 4 employees in the Rental Office Responsibility for handling sales and rental transactions throughout the Swiss market Dispatching and coordinating rental orders for our nationally active customers Monitoring and optimizing the profitability of all rental transactions in our 13 branches Close cooperation with the sales team to ensure smooth processes Deputizing for the Head of Rental Switzerland (member of management) during absence

What you bring with you

Completed training as a technical clerk or comparable further education Analytical thinking skills and a good sense for numbers Experience in an office environment, ideally in the rental or service industry Good SAP knowledge is an advantage Fluent German and French skills (at least level B2) Independent, resilient, and organized personality Leadership experience is an advantage but not a must Strong customer and service orientation Technical understanding rounds off your profile Ideal age from 30 years
