Mandate Manager 60–100% (m/f) – Succession Perspective

To strengthen our small but highly qualified team, we are looking for immediate start or by arrangement:

Mandate Manager with possible opportunity to succeed the current owner (m/f)

Workload: 60 – 100%

Contract: Permanent employment

Language: German (spoken and written)

Workplace: Hintermättlistrasse 1, 5506 Mägenwil

Your contribution to the team:

Monitoring and managing mandate accounting (financial accounting including VAT returns / payroll accounting including social security accounting)
Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
Review of tax returns for individuals and legal entities as well as preparation of complex tax returns
Consulting and support of very diverse mandates on financial, business management and tax law issues
Possibility to take over or support limited audit mandates
Personal and professional leadership of team members as well as promotion of their development

What you bring:

Completed professional certificate and/or ideally a completed expert diploma (e.g. fiduciary expert) or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector, ideally as a mandate manager
IT affinity and very good knowledge of Abacus programmes would be an advantage
Independent, precise and responsible working style
Team player with an open and communicative personality
Confident and polished appearance towards business partners
