swisstulle AG is the market leader in traditional genuine bobbin tulle and technical knits. At our headquarters in Münchwilen, TG, we develop and produce innovative, high-quality knits and tulles for our customers worldwide.
We want to optimise our CRM system and modernise our existing processes. For this, we are looking for a committed individual to lead our IT project and support us in analysing, optimising, and developing existing workflows with a future-oriented approach.
Working Student IT & CRM – Digitalisation
Your task:
You analyse existing CRM processes, identify potential improvements, and gather requirements from various company departments to structure them and optimise the process. You support the further development and implementation of a CRM solution and actively contribute to digitalising and automating existing workflows. You work closely with our team, contribute your ideas, and assist us in implementation.
Our expectations:
- Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Analytical and structured working style
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different departments
- Initial experience with CRM systems, process management, or digitalisation is an advantage
