We are a gardening company operating in the Greater Bern area with over 70 employees. We operate in the upscale customer segment and deliberately focus on quality rather than quantity. With ambition, expertise, and commitment, we realise and maintain high-quality garden facilities and accompany our projects from planning to maintenance.

For the area of new garden installations / modifications, we are looking for a reliable person to start immediately or by arrangement

New Installations / Modifications Area

Your tasks

• Implementation of demanding new garden installations and modifications
• Ensuring efficient, professional, and timely execution of work
• Ensuring work safety and order on the construction site
• Leading a team of 2 – 3 employees

 Your profile

• Completed training as a gardener EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in gardening and landscaping, especially in new installations and modifications
• (Initial) experience in leading a team and organising construction sites
• A flair for natural stone work
• Independent, precise, and service-oriented working style
• High resilience and flexibility
• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented personality
• Enjoyment in leading employees and apprentices as well as customer contact and implementing demanding garden projects
• Friendly demeanour and good manners
• Driving licence B desired
