What you can achieve
- Management of maintenance, retrofit and CAPEX/OPEX projects and technical leadership of project teams (with or without disciplinary responsibility)
- Overall responsibility for assigned technical projects including budget and schedule responsibility within the project context
- Definition of project goals, scope, budget, schedule and resources and conducting project meetings, reviews and approvals
- Technical responsibility for preventive, corrective and condition-based maintenance
- Ensuring documentation, safety and compliance requirements
- Independent execution of maintenance and upkeep work on technical systems as well as on safety equipment
- Creation of maintenance instructions and allocation of the corresponding orders
- Technical evaluation of replacement, conversion and modernisation measures
- Support with new installations, repairs and revisions of building services systems
- Responsible for fault rectification on lift and building services systems
- Management of internal teams and external service providers
- Monitoring of costs, deadlines, risks and quality
- Supporting the safety officer in the maintenance of safety-relevant infrastructures
- Responsible for the addendum and archiving of technical documentation
What you bring with you
- Completed craft or technical training, preferably in the electrical or HVAC sector with several years of experience.
- Project management competence in the field of building infrastructure
- Enjoyment of collaboration and communication with internal and external partners
- Resilient, flexible and reliable personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and working
- Quick comprehension and high degree of independence
- Good MS Office, CAFM and SAP knowledge
- Driving licence category B required
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
