• In our restaurant, you perform all service tasks
• You courteously attend to our guests and serve food and drinks attractively and professionally
• You assist with larger events and banquets
• You prepare the meals for our residents and reheat them for service in the departments and dining room
• Depending on workload, you also support the nursing department with service
• You place orders and carry out quality controls
• You are our link between our hotel management and the gastronomy team

• Training as a restaurant specialist or as a restaurant employee EFZ/EBA
• Several years of experience in a house with refined service, preferably in a hotel operation or a senior residence
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Excellent manners and a pronounced empathy in dealing with elderly and sick people
• Openness to innovative approaches to meet the individual needs and wishes of our residents and to do justice to them
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts), as well as weekend and holiday shifts
• Flair for plating and decorating dishes
• You think networked, economically and are proficient in handling electronic tools such as Office etc.
• You are an organizational talent
• You can express yourself confidently in spoken and written German
• You have already gained leadership experience
