Your tasks with us

• Supporting the Head of Nursing with varied leadership tasks and in ward organisation and deputising during their absence
• Professional leadership and co-responsibility in the development and promotion of nursing and nursing quality in collaboration with the nursing expert
• Promoting and managing interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Shaping change processes
• Participation in nursing

You bring the following

• Tertiary education as a nursing specialist HF/FH and at least 5 years of experience
• Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
• Experience in long-term care
• Solution-oriented working method and networked thinking
• Organisational flair
