Your Responsibilities

• Independent management of condominium ownership
• Organisation and conduct of owners' meetings
• Preparation of budgets and annual financial statements
• Support of owners and tenants in all matters
• Coordination and supervision of maintenance and renovation work
• Collaboration with internal and external partners

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in real estate (e.g. property manager with a federal diploma)
• Experience in managing condominium ownership
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Good IT skills (MS Office, property management software Immotop2 advantageous)
• Confident German language skills, both written and spoken
