To strengthen our team in Bern, we are looking for an
Biomedical Analyst HF Pathology
60 - 100 %
Your field of activity
- Processing tissue samples from laboratory receipt to stained histology specimen
- Independent preparation of biopsies and minor surgery specimens, assistance with macro dissection
- Pouring paraffin blocks and producing paraffin sections on the rotary microtome
- Cutting on the cryostat for frozen sections and immunofluorescence
- Staining overview and special stains using machines and by hand
- Performing immunohistochemical staining
- Processing submitted material from gynaecological and clinical cytology
Your profile
- Completed training as a Biomedical Analyst (BMA) HF
- Experience in histopathology including immunohistochemistry and technical cytology is an advantage
- Committed and team-oriented personality
- Responsible, independent and efficient working style
- High social skills and strong service orientation
