We are the Praxis at the Station – ideally located in the modern MEDIN health centre, directly on Bienne station square.

Your tasks – our position
In this role, you assume operational responsibility for the team of medical assistants. You actively participate in the development and optimisation of processes as well as quality assurance, while contributing to establishing a positive, respectful and appreciative working climate.
You also play a central role in the organisational and administrative management of our group medical practice in primary care.
Your main responsibilities include coordinating the practice’s operations, supporting the medical team, managing personnel, as well as ensuring quality and optimising internal processes.
In collaboration with the entire team, you contribute to creating a motivating work environment, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and guaranteeing an efficient organisation of the practice.
Your skills – our expectations
- Completed medical assistant training (CFC)
- Further training as a medical coordinator with a focus on practice management is an advantage
- Experience in team management
- Good command of MS Office
- Good knowledge of German and French or willingness to improve the complementary language
- Kind, patient, stress-resistant personality who enjoys teamwork
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial approach
- Dynamic and interested in developing innovative care solutions
