YOUR TASKS

• Personal and telephone specialist advice for end customers
• Preparation of offers / purchase contracts
• Written and telephone order processing of customer enquiries
• Telephone follow-up of customer enquiries as well as after deliveries and installations
• Assistance and supervision during deliveries/installations
• Placing orders and goods receipt inspections
• Cash register closings (day, week, month) Store / exhibition decoration, depending on season or promotion

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in sales as a retail specialist EFZ
• Experience in advising demanding customers
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Good French skills spoken are an advantage
• Independent and customer-oriented personality with good communication skills
• Quick comprehension and structured way of working
• High communication and team skills
