Our Fribourg store is looking for a Deputy Manager Editorial Products Department - Position available immediately
Your mission:
- Support the Department Manager in optimizing the department's profitability (margins, stocks, depreciation, inventory) and contribute to the monitoring and achievement of the budget by the teams;
- Develop the department's sales and promote all products and services offered by the Fnac brand;
- Be a driving force for proposals and improvements on department procedures and ensure their proper understanding and application;
- Ensure, together with the Department Manager, close management with the EP team: team organization, briefing, daily support by sharing knowledge, participation in monitoring the team's activity as well as defined action plans;
- Ensure the organization and maintenance of the department: restocking, merchandising, price control and updating;
- Participate in defining and guarantee the implementation and effectiveness of the department's commercial action plans.

Your profile:
- You have more than two years of successful experience in a similar position and possess real managerial qualities;
- You are passionate about the Book field, the world of Music, Film, and Gaming;
- You prioritize quality customer service and know how to share your passion;
- You have a sense of organization and enjoy working with objectives to improve the team's performance.
