Role:
Our client is an established Swiss engineering and planning company specialising in the development and implementation of demanding construction and infrastructure projects. With interdisciplinary expertise and a high quality standard, the company accompanies projects from planning to realisation, combining technical know-how with sustainable and future-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities:
You strategically align the finance and controlling area, coordinate resources and ensure a high-performance organisation as well as the targeted development of the team.
You monitor the economic development, evaluate key figures and derive concrete recommendations for action for corporate management from budget, forecast and reporting.
For the financial integrity of the company, you ensure correct accounting processes, timely closings of the engineering partnerships and the proper handling of all VAT matters.
You accompany projects from a financial perspective, support those responsible in economic planning and cost control and contribute your expertise to strategic decisions and commercial negotiations.
Additionally, you monitor relevant requirements regarding compliance, quality, insurance and social security and initiate improvements in processes, digital tools and financial systems.
Qualifications:
Your professional foundation is a higher education in finance and accounting or business administration or an equivalent educational path.
You have solid professional and leadership experience and are accustomed to managing a finance department both technically and personally.
You are proficient in accounting, controlling, financial planning and closing processes and can clearly interpret complex figures and developments.
As a leader, you act networked, structured and independently, communicate convincingly at different levels and actively shape change.
You have fluent German language skills.
