Welcome to our team!
We are looking for a Co-Headteacher ad interim to temporarily complement our young, committed and helpful team.
As a partner school of PH Bern, the Oberstufenzentrum Belp comprises 17 classes as well as a regional intensive course PLUS (RIK+) for unaccompanied minor asylum seekers (UMA). Around 45 teachers teach approximately 350 pupils. In the seventh and eighth grades, teaching takes place in model 3b, in the ninth grades in model 4. From entry into the upper school, pupils are gradually introduced to self-organised learning (SOL) in the learning studio. Additional remedial teaching (MR) and school social work are an integral part of our support offer. School events, excursions and camps are also part of our programme, as are projects within the framework of career orientation.

Tasks
We are looking for people who will lead the OSZ on an interim basis from autumn 2026 together with the existing Co-Headteacher. Your task is to support where it is most needed, to handle enquiries from parents, teachers and third parties, to carry out triage and to help ensure that the OSZ continues to run well organisationally and administratively. You will also take responsibility for events and certain educational topics, in consultation with your co-position partner.

Requirements
If possible, we are looking for an experienced leader with experience in schools who can step in from the third week of the autumn holidays until further notice. Ideally, we would like to find a person who wishes to work in a 60-90% capacity.
The professional assignment corresponds to the cantonal requirements of LAG, LAV, LP21.
