Your tasks

• Personnel and business management of the Mechanical Final Assembly PC-12 department with around 16 employees
• Independent personnel planning and recruitment for the specialist area
• Conducting employee, performance and development discussions
• Coordinating and monitoring employee deployment as well as order processing
• Ensuring quality standards, flight safety and smooth information flow
• Developing and implementing improvement measures as well as leading projects

This is how you convince us

• Completed technical training
• Further education at HF or FH level is an advantage
• Proven leadership experience in a technical-productive environment
• Very good German and English skills at least at level B2
• Assertive personality with high social competence and enthusiasm
