Your new job

• Direct leadership and promotion of the employees in the Housekeeping & Care team
• Planning of housekeeping & care assignments and creation of employee duty rosters
• Ensuring the implementation and compliance with standards, guidelines and instructions within the area of responsibility
• Administrative and organisational tasks
• Participation in specialist and working groups
• Active collaboration with internal and external professionals

Your qualification

• EFZ as family helper, FaBe, FaGe or comparable qualification
• German language diploma B2 or willingness to obtain this within 2 years
• Completed leadership training with leadership experience (or willingness to complete leadership training)
• Solid practical experience in the field of housekeeping & care
• Openness to new and challenging situations
• Perseverance and solution-oriented thinking
• Flexible, team-oriented, responsible
