Your tasks include ...
as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) (approximately 40 - 50% of the workload) ...
- ensuring evidence-based and person-centred care quality and continuously developing nursing practice.
- professionally advising, supporting, and strengthening nursing teams through training and coaching.
- conducting clinical assessments, deriving recommendations for action, and supporting residents and relatives in complex care situations.
in the specialist responsibility for hygiene (approximately 40 - 50% of the workload) ...
- shaping the strategic further development of care and collaborating interprofessionally with internal and external specialists.
- further developing the hygiene concept organisation-wide, leading the hygiene team, and raising staff awareness for hygiene and infection prevention.
- conducting hygiene audits, analysing relevant data, and providing professional advice during infectious events and outbreaks.
The specialist responsibility for hygiene is a staff function directly reporting to the management.
You fit with us if you ...
- hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) with a focus on APN or an equivalent qualification, or are well advanced in the corresponding master’s degree programme.
- ideally already have further training in infection prevention and/or as a "Link Nurse". Not completed yet? No problem – if you bring interest and motivation, we will gladly support you in your further training.
- enjoy professionally advising, coaching, and fostering staff development as well as imparting your knowledge in a practical manner.
- work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented way, take responsibility, and act thoughtfully and confidently even in challenging situations.
- communicate clearly, appreciatively, and appropriately for the audience, and promote good collaboration.
- actively shape innovations and change processes and enjoy further developing care quality and professional practice together with others.
