The Foundation for Sociocultural Animation of Lausanne (FASL) is a private foundation of public utility subsidized by the City of Lausanne. In partnership with neighborhood associations, FASL manages 17 sociocultural animation venues and has more than 90 collaborators. Sociocultural Animator at 70% Missions
- In collaboration with the team and the Association of the place:
- Design, define and implement the objectives and animation project of the center to meet the demand and needs of the neighborhood;
- Manage the allocated annual budget;
- Promote the development of the neighborhood's associative life.
- Responsibility for the animation of the place and ensure its good local establishment;
- Administrative tasks, management of the place and communication
- Promote intergenerational interaction of all populations, solidarity and social inclusion, prevent exclusion;
- Promote culture and interculturality, freedom and plurality of expression, citizenship.
- Hold a university degree in social work or an equivalent recognized title.
- Experience and good ability to work with all audiences, especially in open reception, interest in working with young people is an asset;
- Skills in conceptualization and management of community projects;
- Interest in developing cultural, participatory and activist projects;
- Ability to work with a multicultural audience in precarious situations;
- Adaptability, proactivity, creativity and dynamism;
- Ability to work collectively and autonomously in a horizontal organization;
- Good knowledge of the Lausanne social system, strong interest in network work and the associative environment;
- Good knowledge of the neighborhood and its issues, an asset;
- Listening and dialogue skills, team spirit;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Good administrative skills and mastery of common computer software;
- Ability to supervise monitors and support interns and volunteers;
- Availability to work variable hours including evenings and weekends;
