Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a service technician to support modern heat pump and heating systems in Northwestern Switzerland. Our client develops and offers energy-efficient solutions for heating, hot water, air conditioning and renewable energies and supports customers from installation to service and maintenance. The company offers varied service assignments, a company vehicle, targeted product training and further education as well as attractive social benefits and long-term development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out commissioning of new heat pump and heating systems
Independent fault analysis and troubleshooting on heat pump systems
Performing maintenance, service and repair work
Checking and optimising system functions, control and system efficiency
Conducting measurements, functional and performance checks
Technical advice to customers on operation, maintenance and service
Recommendation and sale of service contracts and spare parts
Documentation of completed work and preparation of service and work reports
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship EFZ, for example as heating installer EFZ, sanitary installer EFZ, electrical installer EFZ
Experience in technical service, ideally with heat pumps or heating systems
Good knowledge of heating, electrical, control or building technology
Enjoyment of independent service assignments and technical customer contact
Driving licence category B and good German language skills spoken and written
