The Swiss Red Cross Canton Aargau is committed with 130 employees and around 950 volunteers in the areas of relief, education and social integration. We dedicate ourselves daily, based on the Red Cross principles, to people in challenging life situations in the Canton of Aargau.

The Red Cross emergency call with its mobile and stationary emergency call solutions offers security around the clock and enables elderly and solitary people to live independently and autonomously at home for longer.

To complement our team, we are looking for a

Supervisor Red Cross Emergency Call District Muri

variable workload (approx. 4-8 assignments per month / on call)
This is a versatile role, which mainly takes place at the homes of our emergency call customers and can be organised independently from a home office.

Your tasks

• Installation and maintenance of emergency call devices at customers' premises
• Practical training of customers in the use of the emergency call device
• Coordination of installation and service appointments with customers and the emergency call centre
• Adjustment of customer data in digital databases
• Ordering and management of emergency call devices including accessories
• Support for short-notice maintenance assignments
• Completion of various administrative tasks

Your profile

• Socially competent, empathetic and enjoys contact with elderly people
• Technical flair & affinity for digital processes
• Flexible with time and customer-oriented
• Reliable and meticulous in work
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Own vehicle available for assignments
• Residence in the District of Muri AG
