To strengthen our team in Solothurn, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual as an Electrical Engineering Specialist 100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.

This is what your new daily work life with us looks like

• Operation, maintenance and optimisation of machines and production facilities
• Development, construction and automation of production fixtures and equipment
• Professional guidance and support of up to 10 employees with disabilities in collaboration with the team management
• Support in planning and execution of customer orders while adhering to quality, deadline and safety requirements
• Instruction, training and individual promotion of employees
• Active participation and continuous optimisation of production processes and workflows
• Support and supervision of employees in work integration measures (WIM) as well as interns

What we expect from you

• Completed technical vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Good technical understanding as well as basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Basic commercial understanding and good user skills in MS Office and ERP systems
• Enjoyment in working with people with disabilities as well as an appreciative and respectful attitude
• Independent, reliable and responsible working style
• High social and communication skills
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape changes
• Basic pedagogical knowledge or corresponding experience is an advantage
