About the job

Your new role

As a specialist in facility maintenance with a focus on building services, you are responsible for ensuring that buildings, facilities, and their surroundings are in impeccable condition.

You maintain and clean buildings as well as outdoor areas and monitor the building technology. In addition, you independently carry out minor repairs, service machines and equipment, and take care of the proper disposal of waste.

Your work is very varied and combines practical, technical, and organisational tasks. You work both indoors and outdoors and make an important contribution to smooth operations.

Your tasks

• Maintenance and cleaning of buildings and their surroundings
• Monitoring and control of building technical systems
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance work
• Care of green spaces and outdoor areas
• Servicing and maintenance of machines and equipment
• Proper disposal of waste

Fair remuneration

1st year of apprenticeship: CHF 770.–

2nd year of apprenticeship: CHF 980.–

3rd year of apprenticeship: CHF 1’380.–
