We are opening a modern new building for assisted living and care in Lausen (Basel-Land) – a place where residents, guests, and employees should feel comfortable. With a total of 40 care rooms, 34 assisted living units, and a public restaurant, we offer a diverse gastronomic environment. For this exciting task, we are looking for an experienced and committed specialist who wants to be involved from the start.

For the Senevita Dreiklang in Lausen, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

Activation Specialist (m/f) 50%

• You actively shape everyday life, the activation program, and sociocultural events and conduct the activities
• You support and accompany our residents with joy and commitment
• You contribute creatively to festive or themed internal events and excursions
• You participate in seasonal decoration
• Collaboration with external partners as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with all areas in the house are a matter of course for you

• Further training as an activation and daily life design specialist
• Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of working with elderly people
• Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office knowledge is an advantage
• Resilience, flexibility, independence, and creativity are natural to you
• You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
