Team Leader Cost Efficiency Review / BVM 80-100%
This is what your daily routine looks like
- At the core: You ensure that service and damage cases, invoices and tariffs are systematically checked and that incorrect, uneconomical or abusive claims are properly handled.
- You prioritise suspected cases, clarify them in a structured manner and initiate the necessary steps together with internal specialist departments and external partners.
- In daily operations, you manage the operational goals in the WP-BVM area and intervene when corrections in quality, priorities or resources are necessary.
- You advise managers, employees and external bodies on questions relating to cost efficiency review as well as abuse and fraud prevention.
- From individual cases, tips and data analyses, you identify patterns and develop effective approaches for further case processing.
- With thorough documentation, reliable statistics and regular reporting, you create transparency about the benefits and impact of WP-BVM activities.
What you bring with you
- First and foremost: You bring several years of leadership experience and lead clearly, reflectively and with coaching competence.
- Your experience includes solid practice in abuse, fraud or cost efficiency review – ideally in the insurance environment or in a criminological, legal or medical context.
- You handle legal issues confidently and know the relevant basics in health insurance, social insurance, civil and criminal law.
- Analytical thinking is one of your strengths, and you work confidently with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and suitable analysis tools.
- You make solution-oriented decisions, set clear priorities and proactively pursue optimisations.
- You express yourself well orally and in writing in German and/or French. Italian, English or an existing network in fraud management are a plus.
