Your main tasks

• Clarification of facts including conversations, hearings and consultations with clients as well as with third parties involved in the proceedings
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team
• Cooperation with external partners and specialist agencies
• Physical and electronic management of own files and editorial preparation of decisions
• Instruction and advice to guardians and third parties
• Representation of the social work way of thinking and acting within the team and externally

You bring with you

• Completed studies in Social Work (Diploma/Bachelor or Master)
• Experience, possibly training in child hearings or conversations with children
• Knowledge in dealing with coercive contexts, broad general knowledge
• Ability to reach consensus, decisiveness and efficiency
• Several years of experience and sound knowledge in child protection, preferably also knowledge in
• adult protection
• Several years of experience in systemic work with families
